Our nurses also work with a fantastic staff to member ratio allowing for one-on-one direct care focusing on overall health and wellness for our Veterns.JOB DUTIES: Coordination of client care services to include comprehensive admission assessment and care plans. Provide nursing care and on-going assessment. Provide direction and nursing leadership in the accomplishment of care plan and unit care team activities. Act as client advocate and is a leader in quality improvement, safety and infection control.Requirements / Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.Other: Must pass background checks and complete pre-employment drug screening.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of nursing theory and practice; accepted standards of care; policies and procedures governing nursing care; sanitation and infection control standards, policies and procedures and techniques of providing quality nursing care.
