Construction Spotter Day shift

Job Description MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required)Minimum 2 years of construction industry experienceBackground check required — must pass pre-employment screeningMust be available for day shift hoursStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to communicate clearly with equipment operators and site supervisorsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus — highly encouraged to applyKEY RESPONSIBILITIESGuide and monitor equipment operators during crane operations, material lifts, and vehicle movement on siteIdentify and communicate hazards to operators, crew, and site leadership in real timeMaintain visual contact with equipment and establish hand signal or radio communication protocolsEnforce safety compliance per OSHA standards and project-specific safety plansConduct pre-shift safety checks and document observations as requiredCoordinate with the site safety officer and project management teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience as a Spotter on data center, commercial, or industrial construction projectsBilingual — English and Spanish fluencyFirst Aid / CPR certificationCompany DescriptionSafeSite Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Site Safety Coordinators to support large-scale data center and commercial construction projects.
