This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a leadership position, and is committed to water safety and skill development.We teach swimmers from 6 months old in Parent/Child programs to independent swimmers up to 13 years old. If you're enthusiastic, organized, and ready to make a splash in a leadership role, we’d love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OperationsAct as the go-to team member during your shiftSupervise instructors and ensure classes run smoothlyGreet and guide new and returning familiesManage class schedules, enrollments, and POS entriesMonitor and support the use of our student skill-tracking systemProvide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email (training provided)Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure curriculum consistency and qualityHelp maintain a high standard of customer experience and operational excellenceSwim InstructionTeach swim lessons using the Dallas Swim Kids curriculumWork with students of varying ages and skill levelsFoster a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environmentWhat We OfferPaid training and ongoing supportStructured lesson plans and curriculumOpportunities for growth and leadership developmentA chance to make a real impact on children’s livesRequirementsPrior swim experience (teaching or competitive swimming)Strong communication and leadership skillsComfortable working with children and parentsAvailability to work evenings and/or weekendsPassion for water safety and child developmentWe’re open 7 days a week and offer flexible scheduling.
