The technician will also execute all test procedures and complete quality documentation as needed for new and repair assemblies.Assembles machines and sub-assemblies based on the engineering specification, following all work instructionsPrepares work to be accomplished by assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materialsVerifies specifications by inspecting/measuring completed component as a part of the pre-assembly checkResolves assembly problems to meet specifications; notifying team lead to obtain additional resourcesMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; notify team lead for placing and expediting orders for suppliesDocuments actions by completing production and quality forms neatlyContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAssemble main and sub assembly in a timely manner to ensure it passes final test protocol as per quality documentsOther duties as necessary
