Final offers will be based on several factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Order Selector Split ShiftLocation: Danvers, MA Reports to: Warehouse ManagerStatus: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday through Thursday 9:30am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 4pmCompensation: Starting Pay Rate: $21.00/hr; Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hrObjective: The Warehouse Worker Split Shift is responsible for stripping down retail trucks, stocking product in warehouse, unloading trucks, building and verifying transfers, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Strip down retail trucks Monday through Thursdayremove all products and materials from trailerssweep trailersdispose of products in warehouse in accordance with trash and recycling policiesorganize empty kegs for redemption to suppliersStock Non AB bulk and rack locations in Warehouses 1, 2, and 3Load and unload all Non AB trucksStock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracyBuild intercompany transfers & Check-in intercompany transfersReport any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to the Warehouse SupervisorFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goalsStay current with required safety trainingOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be 18 years or older1-3 years experience in a warehouse preferredForklift certification preferredBasic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systemsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility with schedule requiredCore Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailTime management and organizational skillsSafety awareness and complianceCommunication and teamworkAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truckClimbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basisWalking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basisTwo handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basisOccasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basisRepetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each], quarter barrels [90lbs each], and cases of beer [27lbs each]EEO StatementSeaboard Products, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
