About the Role:As part of our Tax Accounting Services (TAS) group, we are expanding our team to deliver a wide range of services, such as co-sourcing, outsourcing, advisory, and audit services. This allows us to assist clients in navigating their unique challenges. As a Tax Accounting Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Review income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Document tax positions and analyses as per FIN 48 standards. Coordinate with subject matter experts in international, state, local, and M&A taxation. Review taxable income per entity and in consolidation. Manage several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines. Provide exceptional professional services to clients, including consulting, tax planning, compliance, and research. Build strong professional relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources while delivering detailed tasks on various engagements. Oversee and guide multiple client engagements, acting as a trusted business advisor. Conduct research and consult on complex tax matters. Leverage modern technology to support clients in implementing tax-efficient strategies across all operations. Collaborate with clients, partners, and tax engagement teams. Lead, mentor, and coach interns and junior staff members. Qualifications:Degree in Accounting required.Active CPA license required.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in public accounting or a blend of corporate and public experience.Experience with income tax provision (ASC 740) is required.Experience with consolidated C-Corp, multi-state, and multi-national tax matters is preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) is a plus. Ability to establish strong client relationships. The salary range for this position is between $96,500.00 - $228,500.00 per year, influenced by various factors including skills, experience, and other organizational needs.
