Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.2. Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.3. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.4. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.5.
