Module Engineering Manager

Overview As Senior Module Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering for critical manufacturing modules within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work on stabilizing operations, driving technical excellence, and advancing continuous improvement to meet business goals. You’ll be a key member of the manufacturing leadership team, shaping engineering strategy and building a high-performing organization. This role offers impact across production, quality, cost, and equipment effectiveness in alignment with enterprise objectives. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of engineers supporting a manufacturing module and align with operational goalsOwn engineering accountability for production performance, quality, cost, and OEEPrioritize and drive initiatives to accelerate qualification, implementation, and adoption of process and equipment improvementsProvide leadership during planned and unplanned events for rapid recovery and long-term corrective actionsDrive structured problem solving and root-cause analysis with systemic solutionsLeverage data analytics and performance metrics to guide decisions and prioritiesChampion continuous improvement and operational excellence using disciplined methodologiesServe as a change leader to achieve best-in-class performance aligned with enterprise goalsDevelop engineering capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadershipFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and resultsEnsure full EHS&S compliance and safe work practices Key requirementsBachelor in Engineering or technical discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience3+ years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations with demonstrated impactStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishPermanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipBackground checks and screenings as a condition of employmentStrong written and verbal communicationLeadership and people managementCollaboration and teamworkLean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experienceExperience in complex, high-volume or advanced manufacturing environmentsHands-on problem-solving with technical credibility
