The Creative Development Associate will play a key part in generating, shaping, and presenting compelling content ideas from concept through pitch.Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and produce high-quality pitch decks that clearly communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partnersGenerate, write, and refine original unscripted series ideas across a variety of formats and platformsCollaborate with creative teams to package ideas into polished, market-ready presentationsEnsure all materials are visually cohesive, well-structured, and aligned with brand standardsSupport the development process by researching trends, formats, and talent in the unscripted spaceCreate and edit short-form content to help bring concepts to life, including shooting on mobile devices and editing on accessible platforms (e.g., phone or laptop-based tools)Provide admin support as needed to the EVP, Unscripted - StudioWHAT YOU WILL NEED3+ years of proven experience creating compelling pitch decks and presentation materialsStrong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and conceptsExcellent formatting and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and designHands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content, particularly using mobile or lightweight production setupsPassion for unscripted content and a strong understanding of current trends in the spaceWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
