Project Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid contract in Austin, TX. This position requires 2 days onsite per week and local Austin-area candidates only.Responsibilities:This position is responsible for providing project management duties for infrastructure and System Services initiatives through the full project management lifecycle. The Project Manager will manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects involving technical design, hardware, software, configuration, security, implementation, and deployment activities. Responsibilities include developing project plans and project artifacts, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, managing scope, quality, risk, issues, change management, communications, stakeholders, and vendors, as well as ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The role also involves creating business and technical documentation, deployment strategies, training plans, and status reporting to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise infrastructure environments including Microsoft technologies, Cisco networking, Identity and Access Management, cloud services, and enterprise governance processes.Minimum Qualifications:• 7 years of experience in the Information Technology industry• 7 years of ability to direct and manage large projects• 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and System Services environments and projects• 7 years of experience in writing process, procedures, and policies• 7 years of experience in project management in relevant areas of project assignment• 7 years of experience with software deployment strategiesPreferred Qualifications:• 5 years of previous experience with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• 1 year of previous experience with ITIL Certification• 1 year of knowledge of technical certifications from industry technology leaders such as CISCO, RSA, and MicrosoftWhat We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
