Assist in management of the Wine Program including selling, purchasing, inventory &educatioRequired Qualifications: 2-3 years of service experience, preferably in a fine-dining environment Basic wine knowledge Bachelors Degree or Culinary degree is preferred Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally anddiplomatically with fellow employees & a variety of business partners .
