Life Insurance Agent (Licensed Candidates Preferred)
Position: Life Insurance Agent (Remote / Independent Agent)
Type: Commission-Based, Full-Time or Part-Time
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients remotely (video, phone, email) or in person to understand their financial and insurance needs
Recommend and sell life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.), annuities, and related financial protection or investment solutions.
Use company-provided tools (CRM, quoting tools, back-office systems) to manage client relationships, track leads, and manage your pipeline.
Participate in ongoing training, webinars, product education, and development to stay current on industry trends and sales best practices.
For agents interested, build and lead a team; mentor newer agents; develop downline or agency structure with overrides and leadership commissions available.

What We Expect From You
Valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain/licensure training provided) in your state or province.
Strong communication, listening skills, ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely and/or in-person
Self-motivated, disciplined, with ability to manage your own business tasks (lead follow up, scheduling, outreach)
Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to learn, grow, and possibly build a team if you desire advancement.
