Crew Leader/Driver

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading items while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Safely load and unload items from vehicles, ensuring that all goods are handled with care. Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, adhering to all traffic regulations. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items efficiently. Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed during the moving process. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Follow designated routes for deliveries while being adaptable to changes as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth moving process. Requirements Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus. but not required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with clients. Physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
