Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Wellness Code is a modern longevity + regenerative medicine clinic and medspa offering weight loss programs, hormone optimization, peptides, IV therapy, aesthetics, and membership-based care. We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused NP or PA to help lead care and grow our Sunnyvale clinic.Role Overview:You’ll deliver high-quality medical visits, build long-term patient relationships, and support a premium “hospitality + medical” experience. This role is ideal for an NP/PA who enjoys autonomy, is sales-aware (ethical/value-based), and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planningManage and prescribe (as appropriate) for:Medical weight loss programs (e.g., GLP-1s)Hormone optimization/TRT managementPeptides and longevity protocols (within scope and clinic protocols)Preventive/wellness labs and health optimization plansPlace IVsInterpret labs and educate patients in a clear, empowering wayDocument thoroughly and accurately in the EMRCollaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure excellent patient flowSupport membership growth through high-trust consults and strong patient retentionMaintain compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and Texas regulationsParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and process improvementsQualificationsActive Texas NP or PA license in good standing1+ year clinical experience preferred (wellness/primary care/urgent care/ER/aesthetics a plus)Strong clinical judgment + comfort with lab interpretationExcellent communication skills; confident educating and motivating patientsProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedComfortable with performance-based environments and ethical consultative sellingEMR proficiency; detail-oriented documentation habitsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (hourly or salary options available)Performance incentives (based on clinic model)Training and growth opportunities in longevity/regenerative medicine + medspa servicesSupportive team culture with clear protocols and leadershipMedical/Dental/Vision BenefitsEmployee Retirement ProgramShort Term Disability/Long Term DisabilitySchedule & LocationOn-site in Sunnyvale, TXFull-time Position (36-40 Hours Per Week)
