Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator, to support frontline teams across a multi-unit retail environment. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being in the field and partnering closely with operations leaders to support employees throughout the employee lifecycle.This position serves as a key HR point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support across assigned locations.What You'll DoServe as the primary HR contact for retail location managers and frontline employees on day-to-day HR mattersSupport employee relations cases, including intake, documentation, follow-up, and coordination of investigationsEnsure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices across assigned retail locationsPartner with Field Operations leaders to maintain a positive and compliant work environmentSupport onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processingAssist with performance management processes, including documentation, timelines, and follow-upsSupport compliance initiatives such as audits, postings, required documentation, and recordkeepingCollaborate with HR, Training, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to support staffing, training, and development initiativesSupport employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives at the field levelMaintain accurate and organized employee files and documentationPartner with Recruiting to support job fairs, open houses, and other hiring initiativesAssist with new retail location openings, including hiring, documentation, and onboardingAnalyze local labor market dynamics and support sourcing and hiring strategiesSupport special projects and initiatives as assignedWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a coordinator, generalist, or field HR rolePrior experience supporting multi-unit retail, hospitality, or service-based environments preferredWorking knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, particularly in Texas, Arkansas, and GeorgiaStrong organizational, follow-up, and execution skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levelsDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeBilingual English/Spanish requiredAbility to travel up to 60% within the assigned areaCompensation: Salaried positionTravel: Field-based role with regular site visits
