Tech Supervisor

Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and strong Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our fast-paced emergency veterinary hospital. This leadership position is ideal for a skilled technician who thrives in emergency medicine, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about high-quality patient care. The Technician Supervisor will assist in overseeing the technical team, maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting hospital operations, and ensuring excellent patient and client care standards are met during all shifts. Responsibilities: Supervise and support veterinary technicians and assistants during daily operations Assist with maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced emergency environment Support training, coaching, and development of technical staff Monitor staff performance, attendance, and professionalism Ensure proper patient care, treatment protocols, and hospital standards are followed Assist doctors with emergency procedures and critical patient care when needed Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory within the treatment areas Assist management with scheduling and team communication Promote a positive, supportive, and accountable work environment Qualifications: Previous emergency veterinary experience required Strong technical and patient care skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Experience with veterinary software preferred Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Growth and leadership opportunities Employee discounts Opportunity to work alongside skilled emergency professionals Continuing education support If you are passionate about emergency medicine, leadership, and helping build a strong hospital culture, we would love to hear from you.
