Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
Provide counseling to residents and their families.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care.
Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
Make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
Commitment to person-centered care.
Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home..
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License.
DEA License
6 months experience in long-term care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $87.94 - $94.32 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
