Overview In this role you will steer premium visual design for Launch by NTT DATA, shaping cross‑channel experiences and AI‑native design standards. You’ll lead visual direction, collaborate with product, strategy, and engineering teams, and translate visuals into feasible, on‑brand solutions. Expect to mentor designers, drive client storytelling, and apply emerging tools to push the craft. This position offers influence across engagements and a clear path through a design career map.
