We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrator for a full-time, on-site position based in Apple Valley, MN. The role encompasses maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, creating financial statements, ensuring timely payroll tax submissions, and performing all facets of mid to high-level bookkeeping tasks. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties to support business operations and client needs.This role is perfect for someone with advanced or senior-level skills looking to show off their ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment with poise and an eye for detail. The right person for this job should be able to walk in and hit the ground running. Strong organizational skills are a necessity as you'll work in tandem with the entire office to prioritize and fulfill goals and ensure the highest quality results for our clients. This person should be able to build and maintain their daily task schedule to the benefit of the company and be willing to ask for more responsibility as you grow in the position. Ultimately, this individual will own their role in the company, looking to not only maintain but thrive and help themselves and the company grow.QualificationsProficiency in Full Charge Bookkeeping and managing Financial StatementsStrong knowledge of Accounting principles and practicesExperience with Payroll, Payroll Taxes and compliance standardsStrong familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop, QBO and other accounting softwareExcellent organizational and time-management skillsClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to work independently while meeting deadlinesDemonstrated experience in a similar roleExpectations and WagesThis job is a full-time, in-office position, Monday-Friday, 7:00-4:00 PM, and after an approximate six months' training period, you can expect up to a 10% pay increase. The starting wage is between $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, and includes the opportunity for various bonuses, PTO and flexible sick time, stipends for individual health insurances, and access to a Roth IRA with funding support after one year of employment.
