Program Manager - Airborne EW

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our site in Holon and lead a complex Airborne Active Electronic Warfare program with an international customerKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage an end-to-end program מול an international customerDevelop and manage work plans, including resources, risk management, and schedulesBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international customersCollaborate closely with engineering teams and the customer's technical representativesManage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelinesWork cross-functionally within a matrix organizationCoordinate activities with parallel program managersRequirements:At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects in a matrix environmentFamiliarity with system development and system integration processesExperience in writing contractual and technical documentationHigh level of English (spoken and written), including the ability to present to international clientsExperience working with international customers - an advantageExperience with airborne electronic warfare systems - an advantageStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and lead within a matrix structureWillingness to travel abroad* Only suitable candidates will be contacted#Holon
