Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Structural Retrofitting Contractor located in Delhi, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The contractor will be responsible for assessing existing structures, planning and executing retrofitting projects, preparing cost estimates, collaborating with structural engineers, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Daily tasks include on-site evaluations, preparing technical reports, managing project timelines, and liaising with clients and teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Expertise in structural retrofitting methodologies and construction techniquesAbility to assess structural integrity and prepare detailed reportsProject management skills, including timeline coordination and resource allocationProficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction blueprintsKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in constructionStrong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationshipsProficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysisBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a closely related fieldLicensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is preferredPrevious experience in structural retrofitting or construction projects is desirable
