We pride ourselves on connecting top talent with leading organizations across the state, delivering reliable and efficient staffing solutions.Position SummaryThe Branch Manager oversees day-to-day operations of our Nampa branch, ensuring exceptional service for clients and candidates. This role combines leadership, sales, recruitment, and operational management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, driving results, and leading a team to success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all daily branch operations, including staffing coordination, compliance, and performance tracking.Drive B2B sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.Maintain and grow existing client accounts through proactive account management and relationship building.Oversee recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and placement.Handle HR-related functions such as employee relations, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales targets, placement goals, and profitability.Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership on best practices and company initiatives.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in the staffing/recruiting industry strongly preferred (branch management experience a plus).Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development.Expertise in HR practices, candidate interviewing, and selection processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based uncapped bonus.Health insurance reimbursement program available after successful completion of 90-day probationary period.Opportunity for professional growth within a supportive, locally owned company.
