This role will help manage supplier communication, purchase orders, inventory levels, and material flow to ensure production stays on schedule.ResponsibilitiesPurchase parts and materials required for productionManage purchase orders and supplier communicationCoordinate material planning and production schedules through ERP systemsTrack deliveries and follow up on critical ordersSupport inventory management and reduce excess/obsolete inventoryAssist with supplier negotiations, pricing, and delivery coordinationQualifications2+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, or manufacturing supportExperience in a manufacturing or electronics environmentStrong Excel skills and ERP system experience (Epicor preferred)Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processesStrong communication and organizational skills
