This is an exempt hybrid position with a comprehensive benefits package: $80,000 - $95,000/year,direct experience highly considered.Provide leadership and consulting to clients on management and oversight of their communityProvide exceptional customer service to owners in assigned communitiesCommunicate with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the communitiesConduct inspections on work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the communityAttend evening board meetings and write minutes of each meetingManage 3rd party vendorsLimited project management responsibilitiesWriting letters and newslettersCreate and maintain budgetsReview financial information as prepared by the internal accounting departmentsDriving to local HOA locationsRequirementsWhat You BringThree years experience in HOA management or residential property managementHigh School diploma or GEDStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time management and computer skillsAdept at managing strong personalities, responsive to client needs and ability to run efficient meetingsMust have strong customer service skills and a pleasant and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and work independentlyCandidate must be professional, confident and service-drivenMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to commute to HOAs as needed.CAI and/or CACM Certification(s) a plusThe primary location for this position is1720 S.
