With 300% revenue growth over the past five years and rapidly expanding market demand, we're scaling fast and we're just getting started.Your mission in this role is to support the Regional Account Managers in executing on the key performance indicators of our retail strategy.Responsibilities for Field Sales Development RepresentativeMaintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methodsAnticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new opportunitiesSupporting applicable Regional Account Manager(s) on outbound strategies and lead generating effortsAttend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructureMonitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representativesBe the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forwardEstablish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openingsCollaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meetingWork within the parameters of Company policies and proceduresLead follow-ups with customers and document/record winsQualifications for Field Sales Development RepresentativeMust be available for frequent travel, across Midwestern USA including Minnesota; Kansas; and Missouri.Targeting candidates living in or close to these areas: Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN; Kansas City, MO; Wichita, KS or other larger centres.Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportationIdeal candidate will have a valid credit card for travel expensesMust be available to spend up to ~10 overnight stays per month. Expectation of traveling 3-4 days per week. Some day travel; some overnight.
