Business Analyst

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote opportunity for candidates in the EST. The Candidate will support survey administration, reporting operations, and institutional data initiatives for a higher education organization. This role is responsible for coordinating survey schedules, managing evaluation processes, monitoring participation metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.Required Qualifications for the Business Analyst:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required2+ years of experience administering surveys and developing data reportsExperience working with survey management platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar tools2+ years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization toolsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting functionsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience monitoring data quality and ensuring reporting accuracyMust currently reside within the Central or Eastern Time ZonesPreferred Skills/Experience of the Business Analyst:Experience using SQL or similar data extraction and querying toolsPrior experience supporting reporting or survey initiatives within higher education environmentsFamiliarity with course evaluation or institutional research processesResponsibilities of the Business Analyst:Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules and reporting timelinesManage course evaluation processes from setup through completion and reportingMonitor survey participation rates and assist with improving response outcomesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platformsSupport the creation and maintenance of institutional reports and online reporting resourcesAssist with additional survey, reporting, and analytics projects as neededWork Location: Remote — Candidates must currently reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.Compensation / Benefits:Full-Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC means a competitive salary + paid OT, PTO, holidays, health, dental, disability, and life coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more***Please note: SYSTEMTEC is not set up to employ workers in the states of California, New York, and New Jersey .***
