We are growing fast and looking for the right person to grow with us.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for a part-time to full-time role (15–40 hours per week), starting as soon as possible. Weekend availability is required, and some evening hours are expected. This is a hands-on position that goes beyond the treatment room. In addition to performing stellar massage and bodywork, you will be expected to assist with office maintenance, light cleaning, social media content creation, and marketing efforts. You are joining a small team where everyone contributes to the overall success and appearance of the practice.ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality massage and bodywork sessions tailored to each client's needs, including our signature Drift Massage (Swedish-style), deep tissue enhancements, Foot Therapy, Hand Therapy, and Head, Scalp & Jaw treatmentsMaintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space — this includes light cleaning, laundry, restocking supplies, and general office upkeepActively create and contribute social media content — filming, posting, writing captions, and engaging with followers; this is a core component of the role, not optionalParticipate in marketing efforts including promotional ideas, local outreach, and helping build the REST brand presence both online and in the communityMaintain detailed SOAP notes and follow individualized treatment plans for each clientCommunicate professionally with clients before and after sessions, including rebooking, recommendations, and follow-upCollaborate with chiropractic and wellness staff to deliver integrated, whole-body client care
