Key Responsibilities:Supervise and collaborate with a dedicated team of retail sales associates. Manage and adjust daily shift schedules to maximize operational efficiency. Analyze monthly performance results and market trends for accurate business forecasting. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Set and maintain achievable sales goals. Assist with marketing initiatives. Oversee inventory management. A positive and energetic attitude. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Employment Type: Full-time Shifts Available:8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Day, evening, and morning shifts. Weekly Schedule:Every weekend required. Monday to Friday availability. Weekends as needed. Language Preferences: Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Work Location: In-person at the designated address.
