We are expanding our Learning and Development Team and seeking an ambitious LMS Administrator who is ready to grow in the area of e-learning!Here’s the detail:Experience/Skills1 – 3 years managing a learning management systemStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenProficient in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Proficient in managing virtual systems and tools (Zoom, Survey Monkey, etc.)Experience working with various file typesStrong customer service skillsWorks well independentlyHigh level of detail and accuracyWilling to learn and take on new tasksResponsibilitiesThis role will partner with the Senior Director of Learning and Development to support our learning management system. Responsible for all elements of maintaining and administering the LMS including: Managing the databaseSupporting the creation, update, and deployment of online learning within the LMS Managing all learning assignments based on roles, functions and/or departmentsDeveloping and managing content channels and learning plansManaging of all types of enrollments, including new hire programs and complianceOverseeing gamificationTracking results and producing reportsMaintaining content integrity of LMS by performing routine audits on content and usageCreating and managing notification and communication around courseworkSupporting end users Partnering with the LMS vendor to provide ongoing feedback and manage system updatesOther responsibilities include supporting the broader learning function through assisting with onboarding, training sessions and learning materials.At Consilium, we know that we are the sum of our employees’ experiences.
