HR Department Assistant
Overview:
Pol-Tex is currently seeking a HR Department Assistant. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Perform various support services which may include preparing report and screening calls.
Assist with Human Resources department with applicant recruiting and new hire orientation.
Responsible for administrative duties directly supporting a department.
Data entry using MS Excel and AS-400
Take additional responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
1 to 3 years experience supporting a department in an administrative role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize as shifting business needs require
Strong analytical skills
Bilingual
Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties .
