Role Description The Lead Stylist position is a full-time, on-site role located in Tomball, TX. The Lead Stylist will oversee daily salon operations, guide and mentor team members, and ensure high-quality hairstyling services. Responsibilities include performing advanced haircutting and coloring techniques, consulting with clients to achieve their desired look, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. The Lead Stylist will also contribute to maintaining a professional and inviting environment while fostering client relationships.
