Job DescriptionJob Title: Primary care PhysicianLocation: Chillicothe, OH 45601Duration: 6 months to long termShift hours: Standard 1st shift (40 hours) Job Description• Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record system • Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing • Managing medication• Completing reclassifications and other reviews as indicated• Making referrals for specialized care or treatment• Performing duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards• Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews• Engaging in collaborative agreements, as needed• Caseload: Up to 2.5 patients/hourRequired documents• Active Physician medical license for the state of OH.• Active BLS/CPR
