Crew Member All Locations 1200 Perry Road, Apex, North Carolina 2814 Superior Dr, Wake Forest, North Carolina 126 Stone Park Court, Durham, North Carolina Salary Range: $15.50 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Title of Position: Landscaping Team MemberGeneral Position Description The Landscaping Team Member is responsible for assisting Crew Leaders in all aspects of green space management services. This is a hands-on position that involves physical labor, the safe operation of commercial landscaping equipment, and maintaining company standards for safety and quality. Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations and MaintenanceExecution: Digging, planting, raking, watering, and cleaning green areas (landscapes). Support: Loading and unloading heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks. Organization: Collecting and organizing company-owned equipment and tools at the end of each workday. Flexibility: Assisting in other divisions, such as installation or floriculture, and assisting with snow removal during winter months as needed. Equipment OperationCommercial Machinery: Safely operate push mowers, walk-behind mowers, stand-on mowers, and riding mowers. Motorized Tools: Use weed eaters/edgers, combo units, chainsaws, brush cutters, backpack blowers, and backpack sprayers. Hand Tools: Handle shovels, picks, rakes, and pruning tools. Lawn Maintenance: Operate tillers, aerators, and seeders. Requirements and QualificationsCore ExpectationsAttitude: Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and be a person of trust. Safety: Strictly comply with company safety policy, including the use of uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
