Job Family OverviewResponsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions in system implementation. Business Analysis ensure business requirements are adequately met and provide a variety of leadership and advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as required. Additionally, lead project planning, implementation, and requirements gathering efforts across projects to work through complex problems. Acting liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during the initial phase of projects.QualificationsKey AccountabilitiesBusiness Requirement AnalysisDefine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with business processesTranslate business requirements into logical and technical models, linking them to business processesElicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholdersOwn and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-useBusiness Process ManagementInterface with clients and internal technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of functional requirementsLead client workshops, analyzing business process decomposition, and designing solutions for application and process gapsPrototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraintsUtilize workflow technology to automate business processes, ensuring the system reacts as per defined constraintsTest system behavior, including extensive testing of configurations to guarantee adherence to functional requirementsDocumentation & TrainingDocument business requirements, system settings, and prepare comprehensive system documentationEducate and train key-users and end-users on the functionality of the implemented solutionsStakeholder Management & FacilitationSupport key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectationsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine necessary patches and upgrades for the systemStay updated on technologies, including new releases and updates, to implement the latest advancements in solutionsCompensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
