OnsiteVisa independent - USC/GC onlyNote :- Previous AMEX exp is mandate.Role: Senior Archer Platform EngineerLocation: Onsite - Phoenix, AZType: ContractExperience: Ex-American Express (Amex) experience is mandatoryRole Summary:We are seeking a Senior Archer Platform Engineer with prior American Express (Amex) experience to support and enhance the RSA Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, maintenance, and integration of Archer modules while ensuring compliance, performance, and scalability of the platform in a regulated enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and support RSA Archer platform solutions including use cases, applications, and integrations.Develop and customize Archer applications, data feeds, workflows, and access controls.Work closely with Amex business and technology stakeholders to implement GRC processes and automation.Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize Archer performance.Implement upgrades, patches, and new Archer releases in coordination with the infrastructure team.Manage data integrations with enterprise tools using APIs, web services, and flat files.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit standards as followed within Amex environment.Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and technical design.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on RSA Archer platform engineering.Hands-on experience in Archer 6.x and above (use cases, data feeds, DDEs, API integrations, workflow design).Strong background in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes.Experience working onsite within Amex environment or with Amex GRC platforms is mandatory.Proficiency in SQL, XML, PowerShell, and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations and automation.Familiarity with infrastructure components (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server) related to Archer hosting.Experience in migrating Archer instances, performance tuning, and environment management.Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices.Preferred Qualifications:RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Certified Professional.Exposure to risk, audit, issue management, and third-party risk modules.Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
