Customer Supplier Quality Engineer W2 CONTRACT ONLYAustin, TX$45-50/HR | Benefit OptionsWILL RESIDE IN CUSTOMER FACILITYDescriptionServe as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility and be the communication link between Customer Plant and companyshould be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email, highly organized, and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customersProvide technical support and system understanding and be an integral part of the response teamsDevelop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business6-10 years / 10+ years of related work experience, training in computer applications, and college degree with a major in EngineeringResponsibilitiesRe-verify parts within the computer system and verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipmentPerform a good first level analysis of non-conformances and input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS)Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment and where required coordinate additional containmentExpedite non-confirming material back to company same dayMonitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) ratesProvide/coordinate special event activity and write a weekly trip report#INDOEM
