This is an oversight role (not manual labor) focused on monitoring contractor work, ensuring quality, and documenting progress.🔎 ResponsibilitiesOn-site daily (8 AM to end of workday)Site walkthroughs every 30 minutesCapture milestone photos (wide + detail shots)Log issues: Cosmetic / Incomplete / CriticalSend daily progress reports🧰 Requirements6+ months field experience (construction, telecom, HVAC, etc.)Smartphone + basic Google Drive/email skillsValid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (50-mile radius travel)Must wear PPE on-siteCandidates willing to work on W2 can apply to this role
