The brand is focused on creating timeless, considered pieces with a strong emphasis on quality, detail, and long-term wearability.As part of its international expansion, Mode Mischief is launching a Los Angeles retail pop-up, with the intention of scaling its physical presence in the U.S. market.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Store Manager to lead our Los Angeles Pop-Up store.This is a fixed-term full-time position, reflecting the brand’s intention to extend and evolve its U.S. retail presence beyond the initial pop-up phase.This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at pace, take full ownership of store performance, and build a high-performing retail environment from the ground up. You will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager and Head Office team to ensure seamless execution across all areas of the business.You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing store operations, leading the team, and delivering a premium in-store customer experience that reflects the Mode Mischief brand.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence and efficiencyLead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets and service standardsWork closely with the Retail Operations Manager and Head Office to align store performance with company objectivesAssist staff scheduling, training, and onboarding to maintain a skilled and engaged teamDrive consistent visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to brand guidelinesSupport opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention effortsProactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutionsRepresent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all timesQualifications and Experience:Proven experience in retail supervisory or management roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-volume environmentsDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving aptitudeAbility to enforce operational standards and complianceKnowledge of visual merchandising best practicesAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing prioritiesKnowledge and passion for the brandThis is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing brand with a dynamic retail expansion, where your knowledge of and passion for the brand will be highly valued.
