Program Manager, REWS Launch Team
Overview:
As a Program Manager for REWS Launch, you drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from scoping to post-mortem. You will operate as an internal consultant, shaping programs that align with global priorities and the REWS mission. You'll integrate AI-driven workflows to boost speed and scale, and optimize processes across the organization. This role offers rotations across diverse functions to build breadth, with a clear impact on how Google's spaces and services enable a thriving workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across global teams
- Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage from scoping to post-mortem
- Integrate generative AI and automation to accelerate workflows
- Assess and optimize team processes; implement scalable solutions
- Develop executive-level narratives and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in two 9-12 month rotations across functional groups to build holistic business understanding
Key requirements:
- Bachelor in any field or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting
- Experience advising cross-functional stakeholders in a management consulting or strategy context
- Ability to use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows
