Director of Logistics

We are looking for someone who understands how to build freight networks, develop shipper relationships, and lead aggressive new business development efforts within the flatbed and specialized freight space.This individual will report directly to executive leadership and will be responsible for:• Building and growing flatbed shipper relationships• Expanding freight opportunities across an established carrier network• Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of hunters• Driving strategic brokerage growth within heavy flatbed transportation• Creating accountability, structure, and sales momentumThe ideal candidate will have:• Strong heavy flatbed brokerage sales experience• Existing knowledge of flatbed shippers and industrial freight markets• Proven success developing new business and growing brokerage revenue• Self-starter mentality with leadership presence and urgency• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive• Working knowledge of sales-focused TMS and brokerage operationsConfidential interviews are underway.Target kickoff/start date: July 1.
