We’re hiring a dependable Payroll & Accounting Assistant who enjoys organized office work, accuracy, and helping clients. This is a long-term, stable role in a professional, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients for documents & updates
Enter and verify payroll data
Organize and prepare tax-related paperwork
Support smooth workflow across the office

Experience in an office or administrative role
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Professional, friendly communication skills
Someone who enjoys structured, steady work
Willingness to learn payroll and tax processes
