Program Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Program Manager to join our team. As a HR/Office Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
-Marketing to CCS & families
-Develop SIP. DSAT and support activities
-HR Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and objectives
- Coordinate and supervise program staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving conflicts or addressing challenging situations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including resident rights and care standards
- Oversee the management of program budgets and resources
- Stay updated on best practices in the field of developmental disabilities and autism services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, human resource or a related field
- Proven experience working as Program Manager and with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of systems related to developmental disabilities services such as LTSS, Therap etc
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, care plans, nursing home regulations, and hospice care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
