This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and keeping an office running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or location.Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take accurate messages.Maintain visitor logs and follow established access and security procedures.Support basic office tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and mail distribution.Required Experience1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience.Strong customer service and communication skills.Professional demeanor and appearance.Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, phone systems).U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.Salary - $38,000 - $45,000LCAT - Receptionist IContingent upon contract awardDAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
