When you’re on our team, you’ll find you are supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow – with opportunities, training, and a work-life balance to help you succeed.What You Will Be DoingLead electrical design for low- and medium-voltage systems (480V–35kV), including power distribution, standby/emergency systems, and critical infrastructure.Serve as Engineer of Record or discipline lead on projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and technical excellence.Perform and oversee advanced electrical studies, including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analysis.Drive design coordination across architecture, mechanical, process, and client stakeholders.Guide junior engineers and designers; review and mentor deliverables.Interface directly with clients to define scope, resolve challenges, and present solutions.Support construction administration: RFIs, submittals, site visits, and commissioning support.Contribute to standards development, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTSMinimum QualificationsBS in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited institution7–10+ years of relevant experience in building systems, electrical designStrong experience with power distribution systems, standby power, and critical systemsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and power analysis tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP)Demonstrated experience leading projects or major workstreamsStrong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients and cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, or actively pursuing licensurePrior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences facilitiesExperience with mission-critical or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with NEC, NFPA, and applicable industry standardsWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HEREOur collaborative and positive culture sets us apartWe offer work schedule flexibility, including 9-hour days Monday-Thursday and 4-hour Fridays, all year long; daily hours that work with your commuting or personal obligations; and a hybrid in-office and work-from-home balanced work week.
