Sales Manager

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.BenefitsListed pay of $75k includes base salary + bonuses.Paid time off.Health and retirement benefits.Nights and weekends on call.An in-office position located in Palm City but covers 4 counties, including Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee.ResponsibilitiesExceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.Manages internal sales support team with consistency and professionalism.Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.Leads by example in attitude, work ethic, and company process.RequirementsDegree or certification is preferred.Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3-5 years.Strong personal sales track record.Willing to follow our proven sales system.Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.Closets by Design - OverviewClosets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.Closets by Design - Our ValuesServe OthersBe a Problem SolverTrust the ProcessWe respond to all candidates within 24 hours and complete hiring in 7 days.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
