CNC Programming EngineerThe CNC Programming Engineer will have the opportunity to develop CNC machiningprograms and build cutting tool packages for new and existing products. This process involves working with team members in both Manufacturing and Engineering to develop robust and effective manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesUtilize MasterCAM to develop NC cut paths for new and existing productProgram Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)Program Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC)Program Lathe Machining Centers (LMC)Identify and build necessary cut tool assemblies (cut tool & holder)Conduct first piece run off on new productPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications2-5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC Programming, Setup, & Operation)MasterCAM programmingAbility to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing documents such as prints, instruction manuals, process sheets, work instructions, and safety documentsEnthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior
