Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in California or eligibility to obtain
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical/CF experience will be considered
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
Deliver targeted interventions and monitor progress towards goals
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning with educational staff
Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with all requirements
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student growth
