This role owns logistics, fulfillment, and replenishment, working closely with operations, sales, warehouse, and 3PLs to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & Order ExecutionProcess and manage purchase orders from retailers, distributors, and foodservice accountsCoordinate order fulfillment with warehouses and 3PL partners to ensure accurate and on-time shippingHandle order changes, shortages, and escalations with urgencyAct as a point of contact for order status updates and customer inquiriesLogistics (Domestic & Outbound)Coordinate domestic shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel) with carriers and logistics partnersTrack shipments and proactively communicate delays or issuesWork with 3PLs and warehouses to ensure smooth outbound operationsSupport routing, scheduling, and execution of shipmentsReplenishment & Inventory CoordinationCreate and manage weekly replenishments to Amazon FBA, Walmart, and TikTokMonitor inventory levels across warehouses and channels to prevent stockouts or overstockCoordinate internal inventory transfers between warehouses and 3PLsAlign order flow with available inventory and demand signalsInbound Visibility & CoordinationTrack inbound shipments and purchase orders to understand inventory flowCommunicate delays or risks that may impact fulfillment or stock levelsCoordinate with the supply chain team to ensure alignment between inbound and outboundSystems, Data & ReportingMaintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory data in ERP systems (Fulfil.io)Track and update logistics and fulfillment data across systems and spreadsheetsSupport weekly reporting for operations, warehouse, and sales teamsProcess Improvement & Operations SupportIdentify inefficiencies in logistics, fulfillment, and order flow and suggest improvementsHelp create and maintain SOPs for operational workflowsAssist in troubleshooting ERP and operational issuesSupport task management and cross-functional coordinationQualifications & Requirements1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain at a CPG food and beverage companyHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and proactive mindsetExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience with ERP systems (Fulfil.io preferred), Google Sheets, and ExcelComfortable working with 3PLs, warehouses, and logistics partnersWhat We Offer:Competitive salary.A fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment where your ideas and contributions make real impact.Opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.Long-term role with growth potential in sales operations and account management.A supportive team culture.
