Business Systems Analyst

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex business systems and solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects involving service-oriented architecture, cloud security, and system integration. The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and support the organization’s strategic goals. Candidates should possess strong expertise in systems engineering, solution architecture, and various programming languages, along with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and security protocols. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Serve as the primary IT point of contact for our field projects. Analyzing, mapping project processes and collaborating with IT to identify implementation strategies and enhancements. Design solutions that align with our best practices, company standards, and project constraints. Providing training and ongoing support to end-users. Conducting regular system audits to maintain data integrity. Assisting in testing and validating updates and new features. Documenting system processes and changes. Qualifications Knowledge of database management. Familiarity with system integration and data migration activities. Experience with analyzing data Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Certification or 2 - 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, or a related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel, Great Plains, and related tools.
