You will help to implement new and innovative ways to purchase FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) while streamlining processes and saving time and resources.This role manages a team of Purchasing Project Managers and Coordinators who work with internal teams as well as local and national architects, designers, owners, and contractors. The objective is to successfully budget, purchase, deliver, and install FF&E for small to large commercial and hospitality projects, in addition to other project typologies. This requires ensuring all team members work within strict budgets, project schedules, and prescribed design visions. While this is a management role, the position may be assigned its own projects during high volume cycles.
